Stage 02
Career Coach Assignment & Intake
Upon checkout, a dedicated Career Coach is assigned and contacts you within one business day. An intake form specific to your selected services collects the information required before work begins. Your coach reviews submissions directly and coordinates all research, drafting, and coordination.
Stage 03
Ongoing Search Execution
Applications submitted. Resume optimized. Correspondence coordinated. Your assigned Career Coach remains active throughout your search with no fixed revision limit. Coaching continuity is maintained from initial engagement through offer acceptance.
Timelines & Communication
Delivery Standards & Coordination Protocols
Delivery timelines vary by service type. Each product page specifies its standard turnaround. The general engagement policy applies unlimited revisions through your assigned Career Coach with no fixed SLA constraint.
All client communication is conducted by email: structured intake at the start of each engagement, coordinated drafts and status updates during active work, and a direct channel for revision requests throughout.
A confirmation receipt and service-specific intake form are issued immediately following checkout. No additional account setup is required to begin.
