1. Acceptance of Terms

Use of this site or purchase of any product through it constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Acceptable Use

This site is to be used for its stated purpose: reviewing Fontech services, submitting inquiries, and purchasing Career Development products. Any attempt to disrupt site operations, submit fraudulent information, or use the site in violation of applicable law is prohibited.

3. Career Development Purchases

Purchases are completed via guest checkout. No user account is created or required. Payment is processed by Stripe. Fontech does not store card details.

Refund policy: subscription tier billing changes and refund requests are coordinated directly with the assigned Career Coach. A refund policy for one-time product purchases is being finalized. Contact us prior to purchase if this is material to your decision.

Turnaround and revisions: no fixed SLA is committed for Career Development products. Service-specific delivery expectations are documented on each product page.

4. Business Engagements

Software Development and IT Services & Consulting engagements are individually scoped and are not purchased through this site. The terms of each engagement are set out in the applicable statement of work or master services agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

6. Amendments
