This policy explains what personal data Fontech Solutions LLC collects through this site, how it's used, and who it's shared with — whether you're a business inquiring about a project or an individual using a Career Development product.
1. Information Collected
Contact and lead information submitted directly: name, email address, phone number, and content entered into consultation, contact, or job application forms.
Career product intake information: for Career Development product purchasers, service-specific intake form responses — including resume content and career history for Resume Writing, and job posting details for the Job Application & Tracking service.
Checkout information: name and email address for guest checkout, and payment details submitted directly to Stripe, our payment processor. Fontech does not receive or store card numbers.
2. Use of Information
To respond to inquiries, deliver purchased products and services, and send transactional communications including order confirmations, intake requests, and order updates.
To route inquiries to the appropriate internal team. For example, press inquiries are directed separately from consultation requests.
3. Third-Party Data Sharing
Fontech uses a limited set of third-party service providers to operate the site and deliver services:
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe receives payment details directly; Fontech does not.
- Resend — transactional email delivery (confirmations, intake requests, order updates).
- PostHog — product analytics, to understand site usage.
- Fontech does not sell personal data to third parties.
4. Cookies and Analytics
The site uses first-party analytics (PostHog) to understand traffic and usage. The use of third-party advertising or tracking pixels remains an open decision at the time of this draft. This section will be updated to identify any such services if that decision changes.
5. Individual Rights
Fontech operates under United States law. Individuals may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting the address below. Applicable rights may vary by jurisdiction. This section will be updated following legal counsel review.
6. Data Retention
Personal data is retained for the period necessary to deliver the requested service and to satisfy applicable legal and accounting obligations. Specific retention schedules are being finalized.
